Operations Analyst

Operations and Inventory Associate will provide support and assist the Operations Manager and Operations Team in managing the day-to-day of our e-Commerce business and our retail business. This role requires a close partnership with cross-functional teams, including customer service, retail, and warehousing operations.

Ensure a “consumer-first” approach to all operational tasks
Assist the day-to-day operations of multiple platforms - being the 'glue' to ensure the execution of processes is smooth
Assist in managing and reducing stock-outs, including cross-store order reallocation.
Assist operations team in order fulfillment corrections.
Create, edit, and monitor purchase orders from numerous suppliers, including updated and edited quantities and ETAs
Help stores with technology issues
