Business Develloper

I need a business developer to setup a property management office and a foundation and some other business. We need someone that can create a solid business plan with processes and marketing plan and implement it. I am not looking for an assistant, I am looking for someone that can turn an idea into reality and work with our team to implement what is necessary to make the business successful.
The first business to focus on is a property management company and we start using the software rentreddi to manage it.
