I am looking for a full time employee to be my assistant. You will be asked to perform many different duties surrounding the area of Internet Marketing. I am looking for someone who can come on and start producing immediately. This will be a full time position and am not interested in someone looking for a second job.

The Opportunity: You will be given access to some of the top state of the art training material and tools available in Internet Marketing today. I will then give you ongoing projects to implement what you have learned.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in the following skills:

- Able to write in American English
- Use those skills to write articles and ghost write reports and ebooks.
- Able to build, maintain, and optimize Wordpress Blogs
- Keyword Research/SEO/SEM
- Internet Research and Information gathering
- Able to work fast
- Eagerness to learn new things
- Follow Directions

Skills that would be an added plus:

- Graphic Design
- Google Analytics
- Traffic Geyser Experience
- Proficient and knowledgeable with Social Media
- Ability to manage others

I need someone who is self motivated and can take the initiative to figure things out on their own when the going gets tough but at the same time know when to ask for help. You must come in with a real can-do attitude.

Compensation:

- Salary will be based on experience.
- Bonuses given on occasion for job well done
- 13th month

The winning candidate will be hired for a 30 day probationary period. After which time you will be evaluated for hire on a permanent full time basis. During the probationary period you will be paid on a weekly basis. Once hired full time you will be paid once a month
