We are looking for a tea ---------- mber to serve as our Social Media Manager.

You will be responsible for the social media management of our CEO and other company assets.
- You will be using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s social media brand.
- Develop social media marketing campaign plans and calendar.
- Interacting with customers and others via the company’s social media accounts including Facebook groups.
- Continuously analyzing and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making
recommendations for improvements
- Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing
activities
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes
and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs


Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linked In, Twitter, and YouTube experience is a must.

You Tube shorts experience is a must.

Hootsuite is what you will use to post to all social media accounts.

You will be posting 5 to 7 reels per day on various social media platforms and must include CTA's (Call Through Actions).

The bottom line is we want to rapidly grow our social media presence in a big way and we are hiring that special someone that is dedicated to helping us and us only... We pay very well.

This is a full time job.

We need to hire immediately

We have the following shifts available:

1.) USA EST Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm (PHI night 9:00pm to 6am).


Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary: We start pay $4.19 USD per hour which comes out to about 40,000 PHP per month depending on the exchange fees.

Quarterly Bonus: We pay a bonus that is half of the 13th month every quarter (every 3 months)... so you end up getting 14 months of pay over 12 months. This is one of the many things our current Philippine staff enjoy.

Retirement Plan: We contribute to a retirement fund that you use during retirement. This can be a considerable amount of money in retirement depending on your current age. For someone in their 20s, this would be around $100,000 USD at age 60 or around 25,000 PHP every month when you retire... this is a very good deal.

Health Care: We also give additional money every week for SSS or PhilHealth to our employees as needed.

Pag-IBIG: We also give additional money every week for Pag-IBIG to our employees as needed.

Paid Time Off: We have paid time off and have some Philippine holidays off such as All Saints day etc.

We are very familiar with Philippine based VA's (we have 15 full time permanent) and include our Philippine friends as Pamilya, and as an important part of our staff. We have never had any of our Philippine friends quit as we treat everyone with respect and as an important part of our ---------- fact, we took several of our Philippine friends on all expense paid trip for two to Boracay... it was a blast... as a way of saying thank ---------- 2023 we are taking everyone to Alona Beach in Bohol and staying at a 5 star resort. ...Where we will be vlogging for social media posts :)
