Experienced SEO Specialist Needed for Upwork Clients

As an SEO agency, we are currently using the marketplace Upwork to generate new clients,

and we need an experienced SEO specialist to help us deliver SEO projects to a high standard and timely fashion.

As our SEO Upwork Specialist, you work alongside the SEO Project Manager,

and will be responsible for assisting and delivering on SEO projects for our Upwork clients.

This will be on a project-to-project basis as new projects come in,

but as we grow our agency on Upwork, there will be the option to turn into a full-time position with our agency.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Execute SEO projects for our Upwork clients to a high standard and within the required deadline.

- Working alongside the SEO Project Manager to ensure we deliver the best possible results for our Upwork clients on time.

- Delivering SEO campaign deliverables/tasks i.e SEO Audits, Keyword Research, On-page Optimization, Off-page Optimization)

- A hunger to learn and improve upon your SEO knowledge and experience to become an expert in the field of Search Engine Optimisation.

- Ability to step in if necessary to communicate with clients on campaign projects.


REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of SEO principles and methods and experience in analysing SEO data

- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience executing SEO strategies and tasks

- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

- Ideally, you’re familiar with theblueprint.training by Ryan Stewart (you will get access to the training and SOPs - many of which we follow our agency)

- Proactive and takes the initiative

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Good time-management skills and the ability to deliver work on time

- Great interpersonal and communication skills
