Are you an expert in Data Scraping? This role is for you!

Our trusted partner in this business is looking for an outstanding new member to add to the team. As a Data Scraper Tool Builder, you must be able to provide a thoroughly scrubbed data list and be proficient in Excel.

The client you will be directly working with owns a Real Estate Investment Company in the US - they specialize in sourcing off market land. If you have experience being a Real Estate VA practicing data engineering, this position is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:
Create a data scrapping tool to scrub raw data lists
Strictly follow a standardized format in data scraping
Create a tool built to aggregate data from multiple websites onto the spreadsheet
Data management
Consistently update the client with all the project progress
Maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:
Must be an expert in Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets
Must be familiar with Zillow, Redfin, Statistical Atlas, and Python
Experience as a Data Engineer is preferred but not required
Must be keen on details
Self-Starter and go-getter
Able to work with little supervision
In-home office setup including Mac or PC Computer (including webcam) with minimum i3 processor and 8GB)
A fast and reliable internet connection with a backup source
Excellent interpersonal communication and strong writing skills (English required)

This is a project-based opportunity and the pay rate would be from $10-12 (skill-based). The rate is negotiable depending on the expertise and speed to complete the task. You must be willing to work during EST business hours.
