UTOVILLE IT PHILIPPINES is seeking a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Associate to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential B2B clients in target industries and geographical areas.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to attract and retain corporate clients, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients to generate leads and close sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as the design and production teams, to develop custom solutions for corporate clients.
- Manage the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or tele-sales roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients quickly.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to stay motivated in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for sales and a hunger to succeed in a commission-driven role.
