Qualifying Analyst

Overview:

Community Minerals is a company that specializes in the purchase of mineral or royalty rights all over the US. We have earned an "A+" stellar reputation with the Better Business Bureau. We are actively seeking dedicated and enthusiastic callers to join our growing team. The Qualifying Analyst is responsible for receiving inbound calls and making follow-up calls with the aim of building rapport and generating interest from prospect mineral owners. He/she will be required to receive inbound calls and assist minerals owners on the qualifying process of getting an offer for their property. The applicants who successfully pass the onboarding may potentially be transferred to a non-voice qualifying position or quality control team.



Qualifications and responsibilities:

Preferably with at least 2 years experience in sales or telemarketing

Must have the ability to persuade and overcome objections of potential leads

Must have a top notch communication (written and oral) skills (neutral to good American English accent)

Must have a high customer retention rate from previous jobs

High proficiency in written and spoken English

Superior communication skills with customers and team

Has strong attention to detail and is able to multi-task

Must be available to work full-time (40hrs/week)

Strong logic and negotiation skills

Experience on use of CRM Tools is an advantage

Candidates must be able to work with us long-term, open to changes, and must be able to reach certain metrics

Candidates must be able to work during U.S. business hours
