Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who possesses creative & innovative strategies to continuously get new leads, increase target market audience, and who is efficient in all digital marketing campaigns in order to meet KPIs and target goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform SEO regularly to increase the company’s exposure to its target market
- Generate leads from the website and social media traffic through call-to-action posts, landing pages, marketing campaigns, and new offers
- Content writing as needed for website blogs or articles, and newsletters
- Prepare and publish high-quality content for the company’s social media
- Propose and implement innovative marketing campaigns and strategies to increase the company’s brand awareness and sales, and to resolve recurring problems within the company’s processes
- Measures and reports on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and compares it to goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Performing administrative tasks such as email engagements to ensure the functionality of marketing activities
- Takes the extra mile to solve problems, innovate, and keep customers engaged
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies


Job Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist handling US-based client
- Working knowledge of various CRMs, word processing software, mail platforms, and digital marketing tools
- Experience in using Google Ads and interpreting analytics results
- Previous experience in preparing and implementing new marketing techniques, updating the company’s SOPs, and creating new processes to meet KPIs and target goals
- Proven experience in leadership and management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong-willed with creative ideas that will address relevant and pressing matters in the company


General Requirements:
- Personal and backup computer running on at least Win10 or Mac OS High Sierra with at least 4GB of RAM (will vary depending on position title)
- At least 5 Mbps internet speed for main and backup internet connection (will vary depending on position title)
- Based in the Philippines with a dedicated workspace
- Contingency plan in cases of power interruptions and internet connection problems
- Excellent English communication skills
- Previous experience as a remote worker / VA for US-based clients
- Can commit to a full-time remote job (8 hrs/day, Mondays-Fridays)
- Willing to work on US Pacific Time Zone
