Shopify Shop Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Shop Manager to oversee our online stores. The ideal candidate should have experience using any kind of web software and should be familiar with Shopify. The Shop Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the online store, ensuring the smooth running of all operations, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:

Setting up and configuring Shopify stores
Configuring Shopify apps
Providing technical support to our customers
Managing our Georgia ticket support for our own apps
Creating instruction videos on how to create products and configure sections
Learning how to configure themes and determine the best theme structures based on the market or product
Managing the website's visual layout and optimizing the user experience
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the organization

Requirements:

- Prior experience in setting up and managing Shopify stores
- Familiarity with the most common Shopify apps
- Experience in providing technical support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with web software is preferred
- Reliable and Trustworthy
