Overview:
Mispar is a consumer research company providing insights on the Orthodox Jewish Consumer in the United States and beyond. We are a creative, innovative, and sensitive team who love people and love to bring their opinions to business leaders who care. The need for timely and honest information is growing in the community and we are looking for qualified people to join our team.
As a research analyst you’ll play an essential role in preparing, building, and analyzing customized studies. You will need to generate lists for lead generation and manage the data and correspondence. You will also need to assist in the development and distribution of qualitative surveys as well as the analysis and presentation ---------- short, your research outputs will ensure we deliver the highest level of usability, desirability, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
The researcher’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Conducting targeted research for lead generation and sampling.
• Building quantitative and qualitative research approaches for all product departments.
• Spearheading the planning and execution of consumer research at every stage.
• Collaborating with the UX team and Product team in understanding and defining what would ensure that the user’s experience with the product feels intuitive, accessible, inspiring, and easy to use.
• Promoting research best practices
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science, Psychology, Information Science or other related field strongly preferred. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree on a year-for-year basis.
• 1+ years of research experience (statistical analysis, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, product usability moderating, experimental design, test method selection, etc.)
• Proven successful experience in the integration of consumer research into a business’s product or service.
• Experience with research software such as Qualtrics, Survey Monkey etc.
• Experience with presentation tools such as Power Point, Keynote, etc.
• Experience with data management tools such as Excel.

Skills & Abilities
• Excellent communication skills to be able to relay research methodology concepts and findings to cross-functional partners and leadership teams in a clear, simple, and relatable manner (both written and verbal).
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task and shift priorities, as required
• Professional in appearance and manner

Job Type: Full-time- 8 hour shifts
