Receptionist/ SALES TEAM members - Full time

We are looking for motivated, charismatic individuals to join our staff. The environment is fast-paced and high energy with an extensive client base medical Spa located in California. You must be comfortable with talking over the phone and interact with new and existing clients, show excellent customer service and share treatment package plan and update our current promotions.

Receptionist/Patient Coordinator Duties

- Answer phones, schedule patient appointments and address patient concerns and questions
- Checks messages and returns calls in timely manner
Warmly greets patients
Willing to gain knowledge regarding skin care products, cosmetic and medical treatments and counsel and educate patients appropriately and schedule for consultation
- Ensure that the patient understands the treatment plan, understands the proper use of their medications, and exhibits patience with counseling patients in-person and over the phone
- Discuss some costs over the phone and schedule for consultation
- Maintain product inventory to tracking
- Provide patients with support and guidance as needed
Maintain professionalism and practice
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends (20-40 hrs. week)
Follow up with clients in timely manner on their yelp review, help them to follow up on our social media page
