Tech Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Tech Operations Manager to oversee and manage our company's technical operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our technology systems, identifying and resolving any technical issues, and implementing improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the company's technical operations including software, networks, and databases.
Ensure the smooth functioning of all technology systems and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security, integrity, and availability of company data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system improvements and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability
Develop and manage budgets for technology projects and ensure that all technology investments are aligned with the company's goals and objectives
Manage relationships with external technology vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of services and products
Provide technical support and guidance to other teams within the company, including training on new technology systems and software
Develop and maintain documentation for all technology systems and processes
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to technology systems and data privacy


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a technical operations management role
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and databases
Experience managing cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions
Experience developing and managing budgets for technology projects
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Able to communicate effectively with other departments, stakeholders, and clients to understand their needs and provide feedback. They should also foster a collaborative working environment where the tea ---------- mbers can work together effectively.
