Senior Digital Marketing + Lead Generation Automation Specialist

The Digital Marketing and Lead Gen Automation Specialist will work as an integrator working on our agile digital team to drive the growth and standardization of digital marketing operations. You will specialize in digital automations of marketing and lead generations systems i.e. CRM’s, Manychat, Chat GPT and other AI tools. They will be responsible for supporting brand awareness, digital acquisition, customer engagement, and customer loyalty. The role requires proven skills along with experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate strong project management skills and creative ideation capabilities to yield the highest impact and performance.

AI Tools: Must be proficient with leveraging AI tech to streamline certain processes and workflows.


Tracking/Analytics: Assist on maintenance and strategic tracking, tagging, and attribution model for all online digital ---------- cludes paid media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, promotions, product launches, and off-line-to-online activities.

Project Management: Assist in overseeing both internal and external resources. Generate scopes-of-work for necessary initiatives and follow through with task management, resource planning, and execution.

, Loyalty & CRM: Build retention and brand passion with our customer base. Support the implementation of CRM activity/database management, segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation. Grow customer loyalty through access, exclusive offers, and personalization.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Passion for online marketing.
Driven to deliver results and enjoys working in an agile, fast-paced, start-up ---------- signs, builds, launches, measures and maintains new automated email programs such as shopping cart abandonment, post purchase, upsell, cross-sell, and reengagement programs.
Experience with supporting digital marketing channels - emails, paid social, affiliates, display, SEO/SEM.
Ability to efficiently and effectively prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with driving traffic to social and digital commerce channels.
Ability to report insights and project progress/risks in a clear and concise format.
Advanced experience using Google Sheets to manage, evaluate, and report data.


Here's what we'd like to see in you:

2+ years in a marketing automation role managing a marketing automation tool like ManyChat, Active Campaign, and Zapier
2+ years of CRM integration experience.
Experience with webinar tools like Webinar Jam and Zoom
Experience creating emails, forms, and landing pages.
Experience with Click Funnels or similar.
Strong communication skills and project management ---------- lf-Starter: see's project through from inception to completion .
