Amazon Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst & Forecaster who is an expert on the Amazon Seller Central platform to join our remote team. The ideal candidate for this position is an extremely accurate, organized and a detail-oriented professional that knows how to clean, filter, and present data for actionable KPIs to support different departments. The Amazon Data Analyst & Forecaster will have a background in e-commerce data analysis, like Sales, Inventory and Finance (particularly on the Amazon platform). He/She must be able to multitask and manage large data sets in Excel with confidence. We are looking for someone who really enjoys mining for metrics and turning big data into real insights through visualizations like tables, graphs, and charts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Demonstrated experience locating and downloading all available Amazon reports in Seller Central
Solid understanding of each report type and the definitions for each Amazon metric found on the report(s) on Seller Central
Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting Amazon report(s) to create actionable KPIs
Organized approach to collating and saving data
Strong experience with statistical techniques and data presentation using Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint software
Analyze and interpret Amazon Sales
Analyze and interpret Amazon Inventory Management
Analyze and interpret Amazon Advertising
Analyze and interpret Amazon Profitability
Technical expertise regarding data aggregation, data mining, data manipulation, segmentation techniques and creating data models using MS Excel and Google Sheets
Create weekly, monthly and quarterly Sales Forecast for Amazon Products
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must Have: Strong Written and Oral Communication; fluent in oral and written English
Must Have: Minimum of 2 Years of Experience with Amazon Seller Central
Must Have: Minimum of 2 Years of Experience with Data Analysis on Amazon
Must Have: Minimum of 2 Years of Advanced Experience with Excel and Google Sheets
Highly Organized with Strong Documentation and Excel/Google Sheet Presentation Skills
Highly inquisitive and self-motivated to dig "deep" to find impactful data insights in big data
Be able to maintain a high level of accuracy, quality, and presentation of data with dynamic deadlines for multiple departments
High energy and proven team player with a team-winning mentality; always willing to solve the problem
Preferred: Experience with automation, Power BI
EDUCATION:


Must Have: College Degree or 4 years of PROVEN Experience in Data Analytics
Preferred: College Degree or Accreditation for Business Administration, Statistics, Accounting and/or Finance
