Assistant Podcast Video Editor

I am looking for an assistant podcast video editor who has a current subscription to the Adobe Creative cloud and is proficient using Photoshop and Premiere Pro. We will be working on editing a daily video podcast (Monday-Friday) together. The subject is conservative political talk, so the ideal candidate needs to be comfortable working on a Christian Conservative talk show that tackles social and political issues from a conservative viewpoint every day.

I am the video editor/graphic designer handling all of these tasks right now and I have a step by step process that will need to be followed on a daily basis.

We will begin working together on this daily podcast with the end goal of me being able to offload the day to day editing to the assistant editor after a few weeks. I will be looking to hire someone to work from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm Central Standard Time Monday-Friday (I believe that is 1am to 3am Manilla Time).

We will be using a file sharing system called L ---------- where I will give my assistant access to the files and we will both be able to access the photoshop and premiere pro files at the same time. We will also be using Airtable for project management purposes and slack for communication.

Typically the editing process takes me one hour per day, but I will hire someone for 2 hours/day and once we get the process ironed out I may add more similar tasks to their role to use the full 2 hours.
