We're looking for a passionate self starter for our Quality Assurance / Client Support role.
The no-code industry is growing rapidly and the opportunity for growth is huge as we scale our business.
A great candidate will be passionate about technology and eager to become a generalist inside a small startup, taking on any job or task required in a fast changing environment.
There are two primary responsibilities of this role:
Testing and reporting bugs in JIRA, our project management software. Customers often encounter issues while building their apps, and it’s your job to figure out if it’s a real system bug, or if the customer is doing something wrong, and notifying them and our team accordingly.

Skills Required:
Native-level english proficiency, including written and verbal communication
A positive attitude
Ability to stay calm during stressful situations, turning customer complaints into positive experiences
Significant experience using technical software and website builders like Webflow, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, etc
Previous QA / Testing experience
Previous customer support experience with english-speaking customers

Schedule
As a Canadian business, we require our team to work between 9am - 5pm PST. The position will be 40 hours per week. Contractors will be paid twice per month.
