• Must have found at minimum 20+ properties for clients with proof
• Strong understanding of short-term rental platforms like VRBO, Airbnb, and Furnish Finder
• Excellent communication w/ cold calling script already in place
• Perfect candidate does not need to be trained and is well spoken on the phone with great email communication skills
• Knowledge of market demand, rental rates, and trends in the short-term rental industry
• Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable lease agreements (apartment complexes is must)
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate agents
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • The focus of this role is on understanding market demand, identifying suitable properties, and analyzing deals to ensure profitability
• Conduct market research to identify areas with high demand for short-term rentals
• Conduct property inspections to assess their suitability for rental arbitrage
• Analyze deals to ensure profitability and identify potential risks
• Develop relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate agents to establish a network of potential properties
• Monitor and analyze rental trends and adjust strategies to maximize profitability
