We are seeking a talented Search Engine Marketing Specialist to join our team. The SEM Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across a range of industries and markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google Ads best practices and be able to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement SEM strategies to meet client goals and objectives
Conduct keyword research and create ad copy that aligns with campaign goals
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and conversion rates
Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to make informed decisions
Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to improve performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and account management
Stay up-to-date with SEM best practices, trends, and technologies
Provide guidance and support to junior tea
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (plus)
2+ years of experience in Google Ads campaign management
Proven track record of success in optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI and conversion rates
Deep understanding of Google Ads best practices and industry trends
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make informed decisions
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications preferred
Experience with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., Bing Ads,
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (e.g., Sheets, Docs, Meet, Gmail)
Bonus points for GA4 competency!
