What you’ll do:
Setup, execution, QA and disablement of promotions
Updating + refreshing website copy/imagery/marketing materials across all 5 domains
Product merchandising twice weekly
Executing product restocks on website front-end
Loading product SKUS, PDP creation + updates within Shopify
Upsell collection management, merchandising + optimization
Setup + execution of a/b tests
Weekly reporting on a/b test results
Content and listing updates on Amazon platform
Website QA support pre-and post-push
Troubleshooting website issues independently, or with Shopify support / third-party vendors as required (i.e. Yotpo)
Making critical updates to Shopify functions when platform changes arise
Maintain master log of website issues + fixes
Operational management of ClickUp briefs to development agency
Support new doll launches on front-end of our Shopify stores, including but not limited to: loading product pages, descriptions, tags, meta fields, merchandising, testing, scheduling and content updates
Work on ad-hoc ecommerce projects as they arise
Reporting on progress to Director of Marketing + Creative (including weekly status meeting)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, e-commerce management, marketing, or other applicable major; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of relevant e-commerce experience with proven track record in direct to consumer, fashion, décor, toys, etc.
Exceptional critical thinker, talented at data analysis and drawing insights to drive channel improvement.
Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
A deep knowledge of Shopify and Amazon, their operations and systems.
Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal) skills.
An outstanding attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solver.
Strong multitasking abilities and organization skills, highly flexible.
Works well under tight timelines; excellent time management.
Ideal candidate will be in-tune with e-commerce market changes, innovations, and new
Experience with Klaviyo, SMS Bump and other Shopify partner apps is an asset.
Experience with Figma is a plus.
Basic front-end development knowledge in languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript would be an asset.
A personal passion for baby fashion, décor would be an asset.
