POSITION SUMMARY

We're on the lookout for a talented Social Media Manager who can develop and execute social media campaigns that engage with our audience and increase brand awareness. If you have a sharp eye for detail and creativity, excellent communication, and solid time management skills, you could be the perfect fit! Our Social Media Manager should be able to handle the pressure, juggle multiple projects, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

- Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with the company's brand image and goals.
- Analyze and report on social media metrics, including engagement and reach, to inform future campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and algorithm changes to optimize our social media strategy.
- Collaborate with the in-house graphic designer to create visually appealing and on-brand social media posts.
- Find popular advertisements online for inspiration and incorporate ideas into our Facebook ads.
- Research and analyze competitors' social media strategies to inform our own campaigns.
- Develop a content calendar and schedule posts in advance.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and posts on social media.
- Maintain a clear and organized file system for easy access to social media assets.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a professional setting.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Excellent communication and writing skills for crafting engaging social media copy.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your social media campaigns and creative abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for staying current with the latest trends and technologies in social media marketing.

Pay: 9,000 - 27,000 PHP per month
