Rate : AUD 5 per hour.

Job Type: Full time (8 hours per day)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to help us generate leads for our business. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company. As a virtual assistant, you will work remotely, collaborating with the rest of the team to achieve the common goal of expanding our customer base.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THESE SKILLS):
• Create a Landing page in Active Campaign
• Familiar with Sales Navigator
• Experience in Lead generation and marketing strategies
• Good design skills (Canva/Photoshop)

Key Responsibilities:
• Researching and identifying potential customers and lead sources
• Generating leads through online research and data mining
• Outreaching to leads through email, social media, and phone calls
• Building and maintaining a database of potential customers
• Setting up appointments
• Creating reports and tracking performance metrics to optimize lead-generation strategies

Requirements:
• Prior experience as Virtual Assistant
• Prior experience in B2B industry. Experience with coaches, speakers or thought leaders is preferred
• Proven experience in lead generation and sales
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of CRM (Active Campaign and lead generation tools (Linkedin Sales Navigator)
• Experience in creating a landing page in Active Campaign
• Good design skills (Canva/Photoshop)
• Familiarity with social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
• Ability to analyze data and draw insights for optimization
• Positive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges

Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in lead generation and sales
Experience working remotely as a virtual assistant is preferred
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
