1. Costing and Pricing

Collect cost information of all items and services of the hospital

Construct, maintain and update cost data accumulation systems

Deteremine fixed costs

Plan and record variable costs

Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies

Analyze and report profit margins

Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) cost forecasts

Assisting in month-end and year-end closing

Recommends best costing practices and procedures for each section of the hospital

Provide costing for hospital packages and projects of Top Management

Assist Business Development Manager for costing requirements and review pricing proposals.
