QA Video Editor

Vidpros is looking for a detail-oriented quality analyst to oversee all quality assurance activities. The specialist will handle 1-2 teams each and create a scoring method for videos produced by our editors. As a QA, you must be talented at noticing details and identifying the mistakes that other editors have missed.

Responsibilities:

* Review output and identify the kind of errors committed before submission.
* Provide feedback and assistance to the editor to make sure compliance with standards, guidelines, client instructions, policies, and procedures for quality
* Create a scoring method to identify the editor's weaknesses and design an action plan to improve them.
* Work with the training team to design courses that will help the editor's skillset.
* Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

* Extensive experience in the multimedia industry and or video editing
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A keen eye for detail
* Good coaching, mentoring & result management skill
* Ability to work well in a team environment
