Email Marketing Outreach Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Email Marketing Outreach Specialist to join our team. As an Email Marketing Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that effectively engage our target audience while adhering to industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with our marketing strategy and goals.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target audience segments and tailor messaging accordingly.
-Create and manage email marketing calendars and schedules to ensure timely and relevant messaging.
-Design and create visually appealing email templates that are optimized for mobile and desktop devices.
-Manage email distribution lists and segment data to ensure accurate targeting and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
-Continuously monitor email campaign performance metrics and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
-Stay up-to-date with email marketing industry trends and best practices to ensure our campaigns remain effective and compliant.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Knowledge of email marketing best practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as MailChimp, HubSpot, or similar.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report on campaign metrics.
