JOB OVERVIEW

Reports to: Foundation President and Board of Directors

GENERAL FUNCTION
This position includes the oversight and management of the day-to-day operations of the Foundation. The Foundation Manager needs to be able to work independently and take ownership of the management of the Foundation. Provides executive assistance to the President of the Boone Brothers Foundation and manages all Foundation activities, including donor recordkeeping and correspondence, research, planned giving, grant writing, overall support, and overseeing periodic ---------- SENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
REPORTING
- Schedule and update weekly foundation meeting agenda with current numbers.
- Run weekly reports of current financial status in collaboration with UBS.
- Record and report meeting minutes, including but not limited to weekly BOD
meetings, with detailed discussed matters and resolutions.

OPERATIONS
- Support BOD in preparing for the annual football camps.
- Run and analyze budget forecasts.
- Assist the Foundation President in the preparation of the annual Foundation
budget.
- Manage foundation expenditures (bills payment, invoicing for vendors and
donors, etc.), tax filing, and Form 990 filing.
- Run and manage the foundation’s bookkeeping.
- Prepare and manage state (UT) sales tax exemption.
- Manage the foundation’s social media platforms, website, emails, and Google
Drive.
- Manage the foundation’s communication line by answering emails and phone
calls (via Ring Central).
- Prepare camp-related communication materials (volunteer recruitment and donor
management.

MARKETING
- Update and maintain social media pages and website. Create content for the platforms.
- Create and initiate promotional campaigns for the three annual football camps.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
- Proficient in non-profit management
- Awareness of donor confidentiality
- Effective written and oral communication
- Willing to be a team player
- Able to multi-task
- Proficient with Google Drive, Google Applications, and social media platforms
(Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter)
- Knowledgeable in website content management
