We are currently seeking an organized, detail-oriented Assistant to the Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the Project Manager's schedule, including daily, weekly, and monthly appointments and meetings.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and scheduling site visits, meetings, and consultations.
Assist with maintaining and updating our CRM platform, ensuring accurate records for leads, clients, and marketing efforts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and client engagement.
Prepare necessary project documentation, including meeting agendas, minutes, and status reports.
Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and filing.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients and tea ---------- mbers.

Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and experience with CRM platforms.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
