Full Time Klaviyo Email Marketer (Email + SMS)

We're looking for an energetic and talented eCommerce Marketer to join our team, working on Brewsy, Allways, Prima, Proper, and Forij. You'll be responsible for driving growth and engagement across our diverse portfolio, with a focus on email marketing ONLY! With *one brand to focus on each workday*, you'll have ample opportunity to make a significant impact on each brand's success.

Your week will be filled with variety as you switch between our five incredible brands: Brewsy, the ultimate DIY winemaking and brewing solution; Allways, offering innovative and stylish water flavoring; Prima, a premium skincare line focused on natural ingredients and radiant results; Proper, a science-backed sleep brand; and Forij, specializing in wholesome and delicious granola products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and execute engaging email marketing campaigns for each brand, targeting various customer segments and promoting a range of products and promotions
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all email and SMS assets
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing efforts
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying your knowledge to optimize our email strategies

Requirements:

• ORGANIZATIONALLY STRONG – you will enjoy this job if you are organizationally strong! You will NOT enjoy this job if you are not organizationally strong!
• 2+ years of experience in email marketing on Klaviyo
• Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging content AND FLOW DESIGN!
• Proficiency in Klaviyo
• STRONG experience with designing A/B tests and data analysis to drive marketing decisions
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
