Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and develop partnerships
Manage existing partnerships, ensure both parties are meeting their obligations and
Work with the marketing team to develop joint marketing campaigns.
Provide partner support to partners including training and development, technical assistance, and answering questions related to partnership.
Report and analyze success of partnership
Qualifications
Customer Service Skills: An account manager will be responsible for post-sales customer experience and should have excellent customer service skills. They should be able to communicate effectively with customers, build relationships, and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Sales Experience: While not always required, account managers with a background in sales can often bring valuable insights into customer needs and preferences. They should understand the sales process and be able to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Relationship Building: An effective account manager should be able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. They should be able to anticipate customer needs, provide personalized recommendations, and develop strategies for retaining customers over the long
Analytical Skills: An account manager should be able to analyze customer data, including sales trends and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making. They should be able to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention and satisfaction.
Adaptability: An account manager should be able to adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions, adjusting their strategies as needed to maintain customer satisfaction.
