4. MUST HAVE HAVE STRONG VERBAL SKILLS IN ENGLISH, CALL TAKING EXPERIENCE, GOOD INTERNET
5. Order Management
6. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with efficiency
7. Understand directions
8. Must have open availability for scheduling
Knowledge in these are a necessity:
1. Zendesk (or other customer ticketing system)
2. Shopify
Knowledge of Amazon is a plus.
Knowledge of ChatGPT is a plus.
The successful candidate must be willing to work any shifts (especially night shifts).
