Roles & Responsibilities:
Prospecting - Identify potential clients or leads from various platforms including Linkedin and
Quality leads by cold calling, following the script and determining the level of interest.
Follow the protocol in setting up an appointment with a Sales Representative.
Confirm the appointment with a client that has been booked with a Sales Representative.Maintain CRM records.
Qualifications:
Communication skills: Someone who has excellent communication skills, ability to followscript but go off script when needed to respond to lead’s questions.
Sales skills: Someone who knows how to identify lead’s needs and strategically present
Positive attitude: The ability to maintain a positive and upbeat attitude, even in the face of rejection or difficult customers, is crucial for this job. We need someone who is persistent, resilient, and able to handle rejection with grace and professionalism.
Team player: We work in a larger sales team within the organization, so candidates should be able to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
Attention to detail: This involves managing a large volume of information, so candidates should have excellent attention to detail and be able to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
