We are seeking a highly skilled individual who can serve as both an Amazon A-Z account manager and a supply chain manager. While this role is not a traditional management position, it requires an extensive level of expertise in the specified areas to become an integral part of our core team.

This role encompasses two primary responsibilities:
1. Managing daily Amazon-related tasks, such as customer service, listing quality and pricing assurance, as well as Amazon reimbursements.
2. Overseeing the company's supply chain operations, which includes collaborating with our diverse Chinese suppliers, custom brokers across three continents, and freight forwarding companies, among others.

Job Duties include:
Managing our Amazon account, which involves customer service, content management, and addressing various technical issues.
Ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
Assessing the company's needs and optimizing the services we use accordingly.
Reducing operational costs without sacrificing service quality.
Enhancing shipment planning, inventory turnover, cash flow, and profitability.
Negotiating price quotes with shipping or freight companies.
Ensuring all necessary reports, measurements, and tracking procedures are established and functioning properly.
Collaborating with suppliers to guarantee timely arrival of inventory at our warehouses.
Working with custom brokers to ensure accurate and cost-effective classifications of our inventory.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM, with up to 2 additional hours on Saturdays.


Critical Requirements:
Experience in pull supply chains and understanding of custom brokerage.
Proficient English, both written and ---------- fortable with phone conversations and attending meetings in English.
Experience with Amazon reporting and shipment creation.
Strong analytical thinking and quantitative abilities, along with advanced MS Excel and Google Sheets skills.
At least 1 year of experience managing an Amazon account.
At least 1 year of experience handling supply chain operations.
Clear understanding of processes, reporting, and deliverables.
Availability on WhatsApp and WeChat.


Good to have:
Fantastic English
Experience working abroad or with Western companies based in the United States, Canada, or Australia.
Experience collaborating with Chinese suppliers.
Proficiency with inventory systems and/or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
Conversational Chinese language skills.
Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising experience.
