General VA for Digital Marketing Agency

Training Period: 4-6 weeks, paid at $5/hr
Full-time Salary: P30,000/month, quarterly bonus, annual salary increment, meal delivery vouchers, 3 day trip to Singapore for those who have worked 1 yr. Up

Working Hours: 10am-6pm Philippine time
Work-from-home but we prefer someone who is in or near Manila (Batangas, Laguna, Cavite) so we can meet during quarterly business trips

Responsibilities:
- scheduling social media posts
- lead generation via Instagram, Upwork
- replying to clients’ emails
- posting on Facebook group
- creating basic graphics on Canva
- sending invoices (via Dubsado)
- managing projects on ClickUp
- coordinating with other tea ---------- mbers and freelancers
- other adhoc admin tasks

Requirements:
- excellent English communication skills
- proactive, organised and have great time management
- experience with Canva, ChatGPT, ClickUp (at least trainable)
- currently not working with any other clients/companies (we need the person to have focus and juggling multiple clients just don’t work)
