HVAC Estimator and Project management with actual extensive experience working in the USA

Hello dear applicant,

We are a small HVAC company in California Los Angeles. Currently we are servicing mostly residential HVAC systems up to 5 tons (cooling) and 200,000 BTU (heating).

We need Experienced Estimator with great Project Management skills and excellent English.

Full time position.

Currently we need a mechanical estimator who has extensive experience estimating and bidding HVAC projects, writing proposals, following up with the customers. Preferably know how to design ductwork with proper diameters / CFMs etc.

You MUST have a track record of estimates that were accepted/awarded and completed here in the USA. as well as excellent Project Management skills. (provide samples or the projects you worked on)

Pay will be:

$300to $600 per month.
