As an IT assistant, your main responsibility will be to provide technical support (mostly remote) and ensure the organization's technology infrastructure runs smoothly. You will install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals, monitor computer systems, troubleshoot issues, and assist with new technology projects. Strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage time effectively, are required.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a degree in IT or computer science and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the IT field.
