Online property searcher

I have proven systems of searching for properties online.
Properties that come on the market through probate cases, or properties that meet a certain criteria that can be purchased and sold for profit.
I require someone who can use these basic systems to search the market and provide me with the filtered data to reduce the time I spend searching. This will typically take just 4-5 hrs a week.
Our company CRM will also need regular updating with new contacts. This task is simply to take the scanned business cards and enter the data into the CRM database. This task will take no more than 2 hrs per month.
