Customer Service

We are looking for a main customer support tea ---------- mber to help us out with our current workload and high demand. We are an ecommerce agency that specializes in creating video ads for dropshipping stores and ecommerce ---------- is required that you have experience in customer service using Zendesk. We also require high proficiency in english, as well as using google sheets, reliable, trustworthy, hard working and someone that prides themselves on providing a great customer experience through support!

We already have a customer service manager that you will be working with directly during the training period. We will provide you with onboarding trainings on our systems and processes as well as one on one training and management during your initial start with us. The training period will be a paid position and will last 1-2 weeks depending on how quickly you can get used to our systems.

This position will be a full time position with two shifts. The first shift is between 10:00am EST - 2:00pm EST & the second shift is between 6:00pm EST - 10:00pm EST . The start times for each shift will always remain the same, the time it takes to complete each shift can vary less or more depending on volume of emails.

Hourly rate is $5 per hour but can be negotiable based on experience! Please reply to this post if interested. We will be looking to hire within the next 24 hours so please act quickly!
