Youtube IT video animator

Hi, I am looking for an animator to bring my visio designs come to life. I want to create videos where there will various IT traffic that is explained will be moved from one host to ---------- rmally I will explain it and point the path of direction with a pen or with a mouse... But I like to see the design become alive and dynamic. The job is extensive and eventhough the animation is not difficult, it will be important for our team's success!! If you're interested, please send also some examples. You can create your own working hours, there will be frequently screenshots being sent, so it would be great if you also have experiences with both Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint.
