Create creative content by editing, captioning, building stories, and posting for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and competitors along with experimenting with new features/ products, and always trying to optimize our channels to get the most out of our pages and fans.
Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style and quality, and optimized for search and user experience for all content channels, including social media, mobile, video, especially short-form content.
Optimize YouTube videos with catchy titles, proper tags, cover photos, etc.
Write attention-grabbing captions, title cards, and banners for social.
Partner with creative teams by becoming part of the creative process.
Support content creation efforts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and additional creative programs and software to edit photo/video

Create and manage content and calendar posting.
Repurpose footage as well as create new/trending content with the company’s social media
Manage content across all social media platforms for multiple accounts (members/Businesses)
Weekly reports on content performance and algorithms
Write hashtags and caption copy in voice of the appropriate channel.
Elevate and maximize reach for social media and content channels.
Strong grammar and writing skills (a plus if you know how to use Chat GPT, correctly)

You MUST Have :
Knowledge of graphic design (photoshop), video editing (adobe premiere, final cut pro, or other video editing software), and making short video content (capcut, etc.), writing copy and coming up with hashtags
Driven, highly motivated, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Youtube, Instagram and Tiktok analytics
Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media/content.
Your finger is on the pulse of viral trends and all things social media.
Well-versed in the algorithms and backend of different Social Media platforms
Experience with platforms: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram (& IG Reels)
Experience with content management systems like Hootsuite or
