The Corcoran Home Team is a team of Real Estate Professionals dedicated to serving our clients in the Willamette Valley and surround areas in Oregon.

Currently hiring for a part-time ISA/Cold Caller/In-bound Lead Gen/Out-bound Lead Gen professional (with the potential to expand to full-time as this position grows).
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Following up on incoming leads through online lead sources
-Assisting with maintaining current data base and keeping in flow with current clients
-Appointment setting
-Lead generation via Dialer
-Lead nurturing both (buyer and seller leads)
-Maintaining data in CRM
-Creating lead funnels
-Developing email & text drip campaigns
-Preparing mailers for FARMING (for lead gen, client touches, just listed, just sold, market updates, etc)
-Lead tracking
-Creating online ads for led gen
-Staying in contact with team to assist with other needs as they arise
