Property Management Company in the United States looking for a long term, full-time Maintenance & Construction Coordination
Responsibilities will include:
1. Relay information to Maintenance workers and schedule work orders
2. Schedule Maintenance with tenants
3. Schedule Maintenance with some outside vendors
4. Create work orders for existing renters when needed
5. Update info on work orders status
6. Find new Sub Contractors and solicit bids
Requirements:
High English Proficiency - Both written and spoken
Problem Solver - Must be able to find and fix errors
Detail Oriented
Proficient Computer Skills - Able to learn new software quickly
Proficient Internet Search/Research Skills
Self Starter
Computer Access with good home internet connection - A Dual Monitor setup will be required for you to purchase within 2 months.
Workday beginning at 8:00 AM Central Standard Time
