Job Description: Provide operational support and assistance to the Listings Manager in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Listings Audit: Ensure that the product listing matches the information that we have on the back-end as compared to what is displayed on the Amazon website
- Listings Issue Resolution: Fix and resolve issues such as stranded inventory, suppressed/inactive listings, incorrect variations, suspended and restricted inventory from different marketplaces (US, CA & MX)
- Listings Update: Upload flat file and push optimized content
- Research on Amazon programs and help in daily Amazon account upkeep
- Assist in Amazon Remote Fulfillment and Build International Listing Set up
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of proven success as an Amazon Virtual Assistant
- Excellent organization, time-management and problem-solving skills
- Relevant work experience on other e-commerce platforms (Ebay, Walmart, etc) is ideal.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Fast and table internet connection ( has internet and power outage back-up plans)
- Workspace free from background noise
- Must be willing to commit to only one employer

Knowledgeable with using ASANA, SellerCloud and Everhour
Work Schedule & Location:
9AM to 5 PM EST, Mondays through Fridays (40 hours per week)
Remote-position based in the Philippines
