Video Producer for Cutting up Long form content into Short form

Empower the Kingdom, a rapidly growing social media marketing company specializing in church and faith-based organizations, is seeking a talented and experienced Video Producer to join our team. We are looking for a creative individual with a strong background in video production, who is passionate about creating high-quality content for our clients by repurposing full-length church services and sermons.

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze full-length church services and sermons, identifying key ---------- nts and segments suitable for creating reels, shorts, and clips for social media platforms.
Create detailed "show notes" with clear timestamps and transcriptions of the identified segments to guide the video editing team.
Edit out the selected reels, shorts, and clips from the full-length video and export the files for the video editing team to enhance further.
Collaborate with the video editing, graphic design, and SEO writing teams to ensure a seamless content creation process.
Participate in regular tea ---------- etings and provide updates on project progress.
Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends, tools, and techniques to create engaging content.
We are NOT looking for full social media management at the current time.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in video production or a related field.
Strong proficiency in video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and knowledge of video production best practices.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify engaging and shareable ---------- nts from full-length video content.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
