Video Editor/Graphic Designer for Repurposing Church Social Media Content

Empower the Kingdom, a rapidly growing social media marketing company specializing in church and faith-based organizations, is seeking talented and experienced Video Editors/Graphic Designers to join our team. We are looking for creative individuals who are passionate about creating high-quality, engaging content for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Edit and repurpose full-length church services into short reels (under 60 seconds) and clips (2-10 minutes) that are optimized for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
Work closely with our content producers to review and follow provided timestamps and guidelines for creating reels, shorts, and clips.
Add captions/subtitles, branding elements from clients, and ensure correct timing while maintaining high-quality standards.
Collaborate with our SEO team and graphic design team to create optimized captions, hashtags, thumbnails, and/or overlays based on the clips.
Possibly design static images and graphic elements to accompany video content and for use in stories or additional posts.
Edit and prepare content for scheduled posts and ensure timely delivery.
Participate in regular tea ---------- etings and provide updates on project progress.
Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and techniques to create engaging content.
We are NOT looking for full social media management at the current time.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in video editing and graphic design.
Strong proficiency in video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards while working on multiple projects.
