ISA Team Leader

We are a real estate marketing agency that is calling on leads. We are growing and need help! We are looking for a TEAM LEADER who would manage our Inside Sales Agents. If you are interested and possess the following characteristics, let's talk:

- Team operations management
Manage the ISA Team/ISA Operations
Ensure the team works productively - based on metrics and set KPIs
Define sustainable goals and standards
QA ISA calls
Identify failure points and rectify the problem areas in terms of process, system and/or personnel
Meet team and/or individual ISAs as needed
Monthly ISA assessment based on provided metrics
Onboarding and training of new ISA
- Great communication skills
- Approachable and available
- Shows consistency
- Organized and has attention to details
- Has the art of delegation
- Confident and knowledgeable
- Good attitude and has empathy
- Sales Experience
- Tech-savvy (can learn our CRM in a fast-pace training)
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to overcome objections
- Great English skills and neutral accent
- Reliable internet access and power backup
- Flexibility in schedule
- Real estate experience
