Mobile App Developer

Hi! We are looking to develop a mobile app where, with GIS data, we will be able to see plot information such as name, address, phone number, and possibly acres of land. Similar to popular hunting apps in the US. We would like the ability to add notes to each person and assign labels. As well as setting meetings and reminders through Google Calendar or something else. And potentially more. All in a user-friendly way.

We need someone who is able to take charge and get things done. Someone who isn't afraid to Google something and figure it out on their own if I'm not available. Someone who has a decent amount of experience with both design and development. We would be open to hiring both a designer and a developer, though. We would need to hire 1-3 people to develop the app, and then probably keep 1 part-time once it's developed to keep it updated. The app would not be listed on the app store at first.

Pay would be based on experience, how familiar you are with the project, how quickly you could get the initial app developed, the time available, and what your role would be. We are also open to someone doing it as a gig for a set price.
