Work with candidates and support their job application journey
Build rapport and relationships over the phone with a positive, customer-centric attitude
Work towards meeting and exceeding your individual targets

Role Requirements:

Personable and customer-focused with excellent communication skills
Proven success in cold calling with a strong problem-solving mindset
Previous outbound and inbound sales experience
*PROFICIENCY IN BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH IS A MUST (written and verbal)*
B2C experience is preferred over B2B
Detail-oriented and good organizational skills
Enjoy being on a team and helping everyone succeed

Technical Requirements:
Minimum 15 Mbps Internet speed with access to a stable backup Internet connection
