Key Responsibilities: Onboarding & Training, Customer Relationship Management, Renewals & Upsells, Data Analysis & Reporting, Customer Advocacy, Customer Success Planning, and Feedback Management.

Qualifications: No College Degree, Experience in sales/customer service, Excellent communication skills, Organizational skills, Self-motivation, Tech skills, & Problem-solving skills.
