RE Project Manager VA

We're looking for a professional, driven and hardworking individual to join our team!

The chosen candidate will be working with one of the largest Real Estate firm in Pittsburgh PA, reporting directly to our Construction Manager.

Experience Required:
-Experience in coordinating and communicating with vendors and/or sub-contractors in a Real Estate setting.
-Experience in scheduling occupancy
-Experience in managing Real Estate related projects, from beginning to end
-EXPERIENCE WITH UTILIZING BUILDERTREND.

Skill required:
-Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
-Time and organization skills.
-Ability to think on your feet and resolve any issue that may arise.
-Ability to adapt and learn tasks and tools quickly.
