Amazon Account Specialist. Amazon Brand Management Co Looking for Rockstar Specialist to Manage Multiple Accounts.

We are looking for a super-organized, detail-oriented person to perform Seller Central management for multiple client accounts. Please read below for specific details on how to apply. Tasks will include:
- Generating Reports
- Solving Problems via Contacting Seller Support
- Promptly manage Amazon Case Logs and Customer Messages
- Managing Inventory & FBA shipments
- Customer Service & returns
- Creating/Updating Inventory Files (flat files)
- Protecting overall Account Health
- Performing Reimbursement process for Clients
- Provide support to listing optimization team
***NOTE: this role does NOT include PPC management or Graphic Design

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Super organized
- Solution-oriented
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for pivot tables, Vlookup, etc
- Good at asking questions to clarify objectives
- Tenacious in seeing problems resolved
- Able to both create and follow SOPs.
- Can handle various projects at once (related or non-related)
- Excellent English reading and writing
- Fast internet and computer processor
- Must be willing to work 8am-12pm / 6pm-10pm PHT (may slightly modify over time)
- Must have actual prior experience in Amazon Seller Central Management
- A team player able to communicate well with others


This position is Full Time (40 hours per week) and will have consistent evaluations throughout their time working for us. We will provide all the necessary tools, trainings, and processes for you to perform.
